By scheduling and paying for a Conscious Manifestation Coaching session/package via Video and/or email, or Voxer with your coach at ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine'), or joining any of the ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine') Workshops, Courses or Memberships, you agree to the following:

 

I agree that I will be engaging in the processes using various Manifestation & Self Agency Techniques. I understand that I will have all choices at all times and can start and end the process at any time, even during my session/workshop/course/membership. The techniques I am agreeing to are presented as non-therapeutic, defined as the learning of these techniques to induce positive thinking, create commitment to change and to learn the techniques to produce self-control over physical experiences and emotional awareness, the above techniques have not been represented as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and I may make no health benefits claims to my services.

 

I agree to continue medication as prescribed by my attending physician(s) if any, and understand that Manifestation/Self Agency Techniques are not a substitute for medical care/advice. I understand that a practitioner of the above mentioned modalities neither diagnoses nor treats any medical or mental health conditions, instead offering tools of self-discovery and awareness to compliment any medical treatment prescribed by a physician. If any medical symptoms progress or become acute I agree to seek medical attention from a licensed healthcare provider. In the event of a medical emergency or if I feel suicidal, I will call the emergency number that corresponds with my location, or other emergency help.

I understand that the methods of Manifestation/Self Agency Techniques, include relaxation, breath work, creative visualisation, positive affirmation, self-awareness development and other techniques that may produce physical and emotional responses. I agree to inform my practitioner of any adverse feelings or experiences related to this process, at the time of my awareness of them. I have been informed as to the limits of Manifestation/Self Agency Techniques, effectiveness and offered referral to other providers of alternative approaches to problem solving. I am over the age of 18, and consent to the Manifestation/Self Agency Techniques by my coach at ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine').

Call recordings:

The initial greeting of your call will be recorded (your coach will advise when the recording is being stopped), and recording will only recommence if:

​

• You express thoughts of suicide.

• Express engaging in any illegal activity that will cause harm to either yourself or another person.

• Express that you are in a domestic violence situation.

• Express that a child is being abused in any way.

Recordings are for ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine') only, and will not be shared with you under any circumstances. By attending a session you agree and consent to the aforementioned reasons for the call being recorded.  Your call will be kept confidential;  however, the aforementioned recordings of your call may be shared to be used as proof that the services were provided should any dispute arise initiated by you. Your call will be kept confidential unless it is needed to resolve a dispute or complaint.  The aforementioned reasons for recordings of your call will be recorded automatically and can’t be declined.  If you have any concerns about the call recording please email cerise@theselfagency,net or via the 'Contact' tab on the ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine') Website.

Live meditations, workshops and group coaching session recordings:

The live meditations, workshops and group coaching will be recorded and shared with participants of the live events in addition to anyone who purchases a recording of the event after the fact..

Sessions, No-shows, Reschedules, Expired Emails & Cancellations:

Sessions must be used in full and can not be split into 2 or more sessions. If you book a 1 hour, 45 min or 30 min long session, the session must be used in full within the time it is scheduled. If it is not used in full or you are late for the session, any unused portion of the session will be forfeited. The same applies in the case of this contract not being signed and submitted to ‘The SELF Agency'’ prior to the start time of the session, and the contract will need to be signed before the session can begin, any session time that is used to do this, will be forfeited.

No-shows:

Your coach will wait no longer than 50% of the total time of your call (eg. 15 mins of a 30 min call or 30 mins of a 1 hour call) for you you to join the call, after which point you will be considered a no-show (unless you have contacted your coach to communicate that you will be late), and you will forfeit the entire session without refund.

 

Any Reschedules made within 48 hours of your booked session time will incur a charge of 50% of your session cost (eg. if you paid $200 for your session and you want to reschedule within 48 hours of your booked session time, you will be required to make an additional payment of $100). If you reschedule over 48 hours prior to the time of your coaching session, you will not incur this fee.

 

Emails & Email only Packages expire within 60 days from purchase: Each email receives one response in either a written or audio format. You must digitally sign the ‘Coaching Contract’ before coaching can begin. Email replies will only commence once the contract is digitally signed & submitted.

Packages that combine both Video Call + Emails expire within 60 days from call date: Each email receives one response in either a written or audio format.

​

Voxer Coaching: The coaching TIMEFRAME starts from the time your invitation has been sent by your coach, HOWEVER, your coach will not respond to any questions until the contract has been signed.. Any time unused due to delay in the contract being signed by you as the client, will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: Invitations are sent manually by your coach, and time zone differences may affect how quickly the invitation is sent to you as the client, however, your coach will make every attempt to get the invitation sent in a timely manner.  If your purchase comes through during the night, Australian time, invitations will be sent by the coach the following morning, Australian time, and coaching starts from there, not the time of purchase. Any time unutilised by you as the client during the timeframe of your Voxer Coaching Package, will not be carried over after the expiration time of the coaching timeframe. You as the client are to send typed/written message only to ensure your coach has the clearest message in order to best guide you, as audio can be less clear due to various factors, and also allows for you as the client to utilise resources like Google translate where it can be helpful to articulate your situation. Your coach will respond with most likely recorded guidance, but occasionally written. Any questions sent through PRIOR to the expiration of your Voxer Coaching Package timeframe will be responded to (RESPONSE may come after the expiration time due to time zone differences etc., but will be sent through as long as the questions have been sent through prior to the expiration time of the coaching package). Your coach will notify you when the Voxer coaching has completed. PLEASE NOTE: The free version of Voxer does not store messages after 30 days, and it is your responsibility as the client to upgrade to a paid version of Voxer should you want to reference your coaching messages for a longer period.

Technical issues during the sessions/coaching packages:

If you experience technical difficulties at any time during your session/package, please notify your coach via either Google Meets chat or the ‘Contact’ page on the ‘The Self Agency’ website. If your coach is not able to correct the concern by calling you on an alternate number (for Zone 1 countries only - see here for details https://bit.ly/3CDgTsr) then please disconnect the call with the coach and advise via the ‘Contact’ page on the ‘The Self Agency’ (previously 'I AM MANIFESTATION/It's Already Mine') website immediately. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES as the problem can be on either end. In the event of a Video Call Coaching Session, we will reschedule the UNUSED part of your coaching session to a later time, so we have time to correct any technical issues if they are on our end.  You are also responsible as the client to use that time to correct any internet connection/quality issues that you are experiencing.

Confidentiality:

All your personal information including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address and all issues and subjects brought up and talked about during sessions will be kept confidential. Unless the following applies:

 

• You express thoughts of suicide.

• Express engaging in any illegal activity that will cause harm to either yourself or another person.

• Express that you are in a domestic violence situation.

• Express that a child is being abused in any way.

In those cases, your coach at ‘I AM MANIFESTATION/The Self Agency’ will contact the appropriate authorities in your area and provide any information that is required by the local authorities.

 

I understand that by paying for this service and/or signing the contract that I am agreeing to the above terms & conditions, and that coaching cannot COMMENCE until the contract is signed.
